ISA Digital Consulting, a company that has been operating for over 25 years in ICT consultancy, specializing in projects with a high IT technological content, is looking for a Business Analyst Freelance.


Skills & Experience

  • A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three (3) years attested by a diploma in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management or related areas. 
  • Demonstrated experience, after having completed university studies, specializing in Business Analysis including project experience in full systems development lifecycle implementations and robust, enterprise scale applications or initiatives, of which five (5) years or more of demonstrated documentation and process development. 
  • Excellent written and oral command of English (C1/C2)
  • Excellent written and verbal, strategic thinking, interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.  
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes. Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems.  
  • Excellent Business Analysis and Process skills, including strong knowledge of methodologies, processes, and best business practices. Ability to provide reasonable time estimates and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with a high level of quality.  Excellent professional communication skills for communicating effectively and tactfully with management, business users, and team members.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and interviews with management, business owners and users to define, establish, and document business objectives and requirements, and foster communications with business users and team members. 
 
Nice to have
 
  • One of the following certifications of standards for the practice of Business Analysis, including:
    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
    • Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
    • IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
    • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
